  • Worked with the Hospital Administrator and a Management Consulting team to redesigned the patient identification process which reduced the time spent from about 5 minutes to under a minute per patient.
  • Developed technical solution, after collecting functional requirements from SME’s, to configured and implemented FoxMed.
  • Recommended, designed and developed and implemented a patient biometric identification module as an add-on to FoxMED using VB6, scripting, Windows API and Kodak Imaging tools.
  • Co-authored a 5-year Strategic Information Systems Plan for the hospital.
